We have a remarkable Bespoke CMS system we call Service Life, Service life has the ability to record and control our day to day running of all our clients service calls form start to finish.

SharePoint.

SharePoint is a Microsoft Server Environment with real time alerts via email, thus give us an advantage of allowing our clients real time updates on all their jobs.

We offer SharePoint FREE to all our clients.

We will design a unique SharePoint site per client and site, giving access to both our help desk and your help desk, with access granted to site managers and area managers for real time updates and progress of your service calls.

New Technology.

We have recently upgraded our mobile phone technology to include Microsoft Windows Mobiles and Pocket PC Forms.

Pocket PC Forms is again designed in house and allows our engineers to send real time updates whilst still on site with the site manager.

This allows real time data capture and retrieval.

How this technology work?

Our engineers receive their jobs via our help desk operator, the engineer arrives on site and signs in, the engineers completes the work, fills in the digital worksheet and asks the site manager to sign their Windows Mobile Screen (this confirms the engineer attended on time, the job was carried out to the managers satisfaction, and the manager is happy to sign the job complete). This is then streamed directly to our in-house servers and displays on our helpdesk computers, out helpdesk update Service Life and SharePoint, SharePoint informs your helpdesk operators in real time, and the job is ready for billing.
